We're essentially a 5-star hotel — not a letting agency, and not a tenancy. Our guests are visiting for work or leisure; they don't live in the property.
That means guests expect a lot more than a tenant would. Always leave a resolve, and always leave the property pristine after your visit — hotel standard, every time.
Please don't disclose anything about the property, the owner, or other bookings to guests. Be polite and friendly, and leave it there — the more a guest knows, sometimes the more they'll try to claim compensation for.
You're representing PureStay on every visit. If you see or hear anything that concerns you, please report it back to the team.

For invoicing, send your invoice by Tuesday midnight to accounts@purestay.co.uk for payment on Thursday. Please only invoice for work completed in full.
If you know any landlords wanting to move to Airbnb, we pay well for referrals who sign up.
